Betting Calculators and Tools
Four calculators, all in taka. Type your own numbers in: nothing is sent anywhere and you don't need an account. Under each one there is a short how-to and a worked example with prices like the ones you see on a T20 or BPL match.

How to read the converter
Type a price into any box and the others follow. Decimal odds are the default on most sites Bangladeshi bettors use. Fractional odds turn up on UK-facing sites, and American odds on the few apps that let you switch format. The implied probability is the one number worth looking at twice.
Example: Say Bangladesh are 2.40 to win an ODI. The converter shows 7/5 fractional, +140 American and an implied probability of 41.7%. A ৳1,000 bet returns ৳2,400, which is ৳1,400 profit. The price is saying Bangladesh win this match about 42 times in 100. If you honestly think it's more, the bet has value. If you only want it to be more, leave it.
Bet return calculator
Currency settings: BDT
Single bets: stake times odds
Enter the stake and the decimal odds. The return includes your stake; the profit doesn't. That difference matters more than it sounds, because short prices look generous until you take the stake back out.
Example: ৳500 on Rangpur Riders at 1.85 returns ৳925, so the profit is ৳425. By the bookmaker's own numbers (1 ÷ 1.85 = 54%), a 1.85 favourite still loses almost one match in two. Favourites are not safe bets. They are cheap ones.
Accumulator calculator
Currency settings: BDT
Accumulators: why one more leg costs so much
Add a line for each selection, enter its decimal odds and your stake. The calculator multiplies the odds together, and every leg has to win for the slip to pay.
Example: Three favourites on one BPL evening at 1.70, 1.55 and 1.90. Combined odds are 5.01, so ৳200 returns about ৳1,001. Each leg looks likely on its own, but the chance of all three landing is only about 20%. Add a fourth leg at 1.60 and the slip would pay ৳1,602, with the chance falling to 12.5%.
Our advice: keep accumulators to three legs or fewer, and stake less on them than on your singles. Past four legs you are buying a lottery ticket with extra steps.
Bookmaker margin calculator
| Outcome | Implied probability | Fair probability | Fair odds |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | — | — | — |
| X | — | — | — |
| 2 | — | — | — |
Margin = 1 − 1 ÷ (sum of implied probabilities): the share of every stake the bookmaker keeps in the long run.
Margin: the cut inside every price
Pick 2 outcomes for a cricket match-winner market or 3 for football's home, draw and away, then type in the odds for every outcome. The calculator adds up the implied probabilities: a fair market would come to exactly 100%, and everything above that is the bookmaker's cut. The margin figure tells you how much of every ৳100 staked the bookmaker expects to keep, and the fair odds column shows the prices with the cut taken out.
Example: A T20 match priced at 1.83 and 1.95 adds up to 105.9%, a margin of 5.6%. The same match at 1.90 and 1.95 on another site comes to a 3.8% margin. Over ৳10,000 of bets in a season, that gap is roughly ৳180 that stays with you instead of the bookmaker. That is why it pays to check two or three sites before you bet.
Cash-out charge calculators
Winnings that land in a mobile wallet still cost money to take out as cash. These three work out the charge before you go to the agent.
Other tools worth having
- A bet log. A notebook or a spreadsheet with the date, match, stake, odds and result. After fifty bets it will tell you more about your betting than any tipster can.
- Accounts at two or three bookmakers. Only so you can compare prices on the same match. The margin calculator above shows why a few points of odds add up.
- Deposit limits. Most betting sites let you cap deposits per day, week or month in the account settings. Set the limit on a calm day, not straight after a loss.
- A live score you trust. The cricket live score page follows every match ball by ball, which is handy before you cash out or bet in-play.

Calculator questions
-
Do the calculators work for cricket?
Yes for the maths: a return is a return whatever the sport. What they can't know is a bookmaker's own settlement rules, such as how a tie, a super over or a rain-shortened match is settled. Check those in the site's terms before you bet.
-
What does implied probability mean?
It is the chance the odds suggest, worked out as 1 ÷ decimal odds. Odds of 2.00 mean 50%, 1.50 means 66.7%. Because the bookmaker adds a margin, the implied chances in one market always add up to more than 100%.
-
Do I need an account to use them?
No. The calculators run in your browser and nothing you type is sent anywhere.
